The conference venue is about 35 km from Bhopal city center, and suitable hotels are not available nearby.

We encourage participants to register with accommodation (WA). A limited number of guest house rooms are available and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

For smooth conference logistics, the organizing committee has reserved all guest house rooms from 30 January to 1 February 2026
